1,800 great Vinyl LPs hit the racks FRI, 4/3 at Great Escape Madison
Intense vinyl excitement at The Great Escape
Madison this Friday!
That's right folks- this Friday, April 3rd is Good Friday. But for collectors of vinyl it will be Great Friday at our Madison location! When we open at 10:00 AM, we will have in stock at Madison a great collection of about 1,800 record albums that we recently acquired. This collection belonged to a Rock and Roll collector with great musical taste who purchased lots of cool vinyl from the 60's all the way up until the early 2000s.
Everything from artists such as Bowie, Frank Zappa, Beatles, Kinks, Rolling Stones, Queen, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Neil Young, New York Dolls, Byrds, Bob Dylan and many, many more to a large amount of older import pressings of Rock and British Invasion LPs from well known artists to obscurities is here. There's also plenty of Psych, Prog, and lots of rare and hard to find vinyl on both domestic and imported labels.
Also expect to see numerous colored vinyl LPs and picture discs as well, including ones by artists such as Rush, Steely Dan, Fleetwood Mac, The Who and others plus quite a few audiophile LPs from MFSL too. Punk, New Wave, Hippie, and just about every sub-genre of Rock you can think of is represented in this collection.
This is one of those vinyl collections where just about all of it is desirable and there really is something for everybody, whether you are a beginning collector or if you've been buying records for many years.
So make your plans to come by The Great Escape Madison beginning at 10:00 a.m. and closing at 9 p.m. this Friday, 4/3, and plan on seeing a great collection of LPs!
