The Great Escape Charlotte Avenue Superstore
will be putting out a large group of top-notch Metal
CDs & Jazz LPs TOMORROW, 8/7,
when we open our doors at 10 a.m.
A large percentage of the
Jazz LPs are in really good condition- and
include lots of promo & white label promo
labels and mono pressings- and a large
assortment of artists and good diversity of jazz
styles, mainly from the '50s &
'60s. (There are also over fifty 10" LPs from
the 1950s on labels such as Pacific Jazz, Roost, Clef, Norgran
& others.)
Also hitting the racks will be 700+
import & domestic CDs from the
rock, prog & metal genres
(the latter of which includes heavy metal, thrash metal, tech metal and power
metal) , which are also in great shape, for the most part. (Many were probably
only played once, since their previous owner was a reviewer for various metal
magazines.) Artists include Iced Earth,
Amorphis, Manowar, Yngwie J.
Malmsteen, Kemelot, Dream Theatre,
Strapping Young Lad, Annihilator & many,
many more! (Collection includes titles that range in popularity from the
extremely obscure to Top 40 chart toppers.)
