We all had a difficult time last week because of the inclement weather- so The Great Escape Louisville has decided that the $1 Comic Book Blowout Sale held last week will be repeated this SAT, 1/30, to make sure that everyone will get a chance to take advantage of the great bargains offered during this event!
From 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. (regular store hours), our special events room will feature thousands & thousands of premium back issue comics (regularly priced between $2.99-$9.99 each) marked at the absurdly low price of only $1 each!
There will be dozens of boxes of $1 titles- many of which have never been offered for sale before- having been pulled from our backup stock, or off the new comics stands (and many are in like-new, unread condition). Also, a large percentage of these titles are bagged & boarded- making them even bigger bargains!
Inside the regular store, we'll be taking 35% off all Back Issue Comic Books, used Trade Paperbacks, Hardcovers & Graphic Novels. (An additional 10% off our everyday low price of 25% off on all of these!) Sale Comics & Grab Bags are also included in the sale!
Also, all Collector's Supplies will be 20% off: boxes, dividers, bags, boards and more (also an additional 10% off our everyday low price on these, as well!). For those of you who haven't had a chance to check out our new, super-cool custom comic boxes (featuring Batman, Avengers, Star Wars, Harley Quinn, Hulk and more), this would be a great time to pick up a couple of these at this additional savings!
Both sales last for the entire time that the store is open (from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.)!
